Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  1. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  2. Return and Refund Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:
    • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • The request for return and refund is made within 14 days of receiving the order.

We’re on holiday from 24/12/2024 to 07/01/2025. No shipments, but you can still place orders as usual!
